hotlist.html link to American site is broken and should be
http://www.ibiblio.org/baslinux/
If Steven updates this link he could also change 'European' to 'Russian'.
The included links in bl3-fb does not support Russian/Cyrillic.
I downloaded bl3-50.zip and unzipped it and got vmlinuz and loadlin.exe
and an error message "unsupported compression method 0".
